FAQ

Underage drinking is NOT permitted on property grounds. 

At this time we a located in a Dry part of the county. So we are allowing our guest to bring in a  12" wide x 15" long x 12" tall soft sided cooler. Things allowed in cooler: Beer in can form, un-opened water bottles and pop in can form. We reserve the right to inspect all coolers coming in to the event. ​

The only area we allow smoking is in the food court, NO smoking in buildings or amphitheater. Please have respect for other guest at the event. 

Hot air balloon will be onsite as long as weather permits. The balloon ride is NOT included in the concert or after party ticket. The cost to ride balloon will be $10 per person and will be collected before you ride.  

Gates to the foo trucks, hot air balloon and restrooms will be opened up at 1pm 

Gates to enter the amphitheater will be opened up at 4pm

Concert begins at 7:00pm 

After party doors open up 20 minutes after the main building and concrete patio have been cleared out. 

-Tickets can only be purchased on our website. 

-Please print or have your ticket information on your phone to be scanned before entering the event. 

-We use Etix processing center on our website to process all of our ticket sales. Tickets will be scanned for validation before entering event. 

 -Please note that ticket purchase is based off of two seating locations: General Admission (grass flat and hillside with porta potties for restrooms) and VIP Seating (outdoor concrete patio for concert, indoor dining tables and chairs and indoor restrooms).

-Ticketed Onsite parking: We have limited space on our grounds for parking. These spaces will be available to the first groups that book with us.

-Offsite parking: We have permission to use Ashland Community & Technical College on the industrial parkway for our offsite parking location. 

** We will have a shuttle system to take guest to and from the event.

**We do not assume liability for your personal vehicle at the offsite location during the event. We will have security patrol the grounds periodically.

Our stage, sound and lighting will be the same that is used for summer motion in Ashland, KY.

-Event is a rain or shine event and tickets will Not be refunded due to weather conditions. 

-Eastern Grace Concert Venue is a full outdoor amphitheater. The VIP ticket has access to the inside of our main building but it is not a place to sit and watch the event. 

- We advise wearing comfortable walking shoes since the property is mostly grass and gravel.

-Our grounds are mostly gravel and grass. If help is needed to navigate the property with a wheel chair our staff will gladly assist. 

-At this time we do not have any specific seating location for wheel chairs or impaired individuals. 

No professional cameras are allowed unless pre-approved by Eastern Grace Events. Cell phones are encouraged and please tag us in your post @EasternGraceEvents 

- Drugs and/or hard liquors are NOT permitted on property grounds.

- Weapons, knives, etc. are NOT permitted on property grounds.

Animals  are NOT permitted on property grounds (with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA).

Lost and found items will be held for 2 days after the event. After these two days items will be discarded. 

All vendors must have written permission to be on property from Eastern Grace Events. If you do not have permission to be vending you will be escorted from grounds with no refunds on ticket(s).

There will be onsite EMS for any emergencies that may arise.
